This study looked into the conflicts in Molo and Kuresoi government administration districts, which spilt over to the churches in Molo and Elburgon church districts. The researcher sought to know the sources of these conflicts and how they can be managed so that conflicts of this magnitude may not take place again. The study utilized purposive sampling method to collect data using a self-designed questionnaire. The findings were that the conflicts were mainly caused by tribal animosity as a result of land issues, politics, elections, and church matters. The study therefore proposed several strategies to manage such conflicts. For instance, the leadership becoming more responsive and early enough to solve problems facing the churches may minimize conflicts in internal church leadership. The benefits of the research are that when the recommended solutions are implemented, the chances of these conflicts reaching such a volatile magnitude shall be minimized and peace shall prevail in the area of study.en_US
