The research design was quantitative research method; using simple random and clustered sampling procedures to study 70 patients and workers. Also, Nathan’s Spiritual Model, and Health theories were used to develop the SMP. Fifteen workers were sampled using regression analysis and paired sampled t-test analysis for the post-implementation evaluation. The results showed a relationship between the SMP and Wholistic healthcare (0.3< r <0.6.) and (F14=4.8, p<0.05). Wholistic Healthcare becomes stagnant when there was no SMP (95% CI [7.166, 20434]), Β (0.5),suggesting efficacy as compared to the SMP before the study. Thus, recommended as a resource for the Tamale Adventist Hospital and GAHS facilities.
